Cruisers@OII.net provides a free emergency service and contacts the Cruisers Net in Marsh Harbour. The cruisers net does a morning net and most boats listen to it.

State Department Overseas Citizens Service: 202-647-5225. They will forward messages to the Consular Officers in any country.
